This is very useful and informative book for beginners. The instructions are easy to follow, and for me this is one of the best books on this topic. Recommended!

Spend the money for a better text!

This book is not worth it! "Basic" would be an upgrade to this effort. The subject matter is inadequately explored, the math very uneven in its academic level (way more sophisticated than is required to obtain an overview of analytics), and the text is not helpful for someone trying to grasp the scope and purpose of analytics. Spend the money for a better text!
